Phoenix Mt Oolong

Phoenix Bird Mountain in Guangdong China is famous for its loose leaf oolongs. Ba Xian Dongcong translates as Eight Immortals from a single tea tree. The leaves are hand plucked from a high altitude tall tree varietal. Each infusion reveals a subtle shift in its exquisite golden liquour. Like the Phoenix it is born anew with each steeping!
