Ciabatta Bread

Note: Only Available in California. This Italian style bread is simply divine. It is light and airy with a delicate crystal-like crunch when sliced and toasted. It takes several days to make just one loaf. You have never tasted a better Ciabatta! It is one of our most popular breads. Great plain, toasted, or for sandwiches and just about anything else.
