Speed The HealingThis product is widely used by Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists to aid in the recovery from bruising swelling and pain associated with soft tissue injuries. Dosing Instructions:Capsules:For a medical procedure start taking the product 2 days prior to your procedure, 1 capsule twice a day.  The day after your procedure continue taking the product for a remainder of 5 days.  For Dermal Filler injections you can start taking the capsules the day of the injection.Roll On Topical:Apply to the bruise in a circular motion, starting at the center of the bruise and working outward.  Apply two times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
