We raise our cattle on all-natural mountain pastures in the Southern San Juan mountains of Colorado. Our herds graze these nutrient-rich grasses while they exercise on the slopes taking in the fresh mountain air. Beef doesn't get more natural than this, and you better believe the flavor speaks for itself. Get ready for the best beef you've ever had on your plate! This box includes: Roughly 90-100 lbs. of grass-fed and finished beef. 10-14 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio. 4 Sirloin Steaks. 3-4 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.  2-3 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette. 2-3 lbs. of Stew Meat. 5-9 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs.  1 brisket (7-15 lbs.) *limited cut, not guaranteed. 35-45 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean). 5-10 lb. of tenderized cutlets. *Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts.
