This jar and removable lid was thrown on a wheel using stoneware clay. It was carved into sections leaving one section as a smooth black color block. The entire vessel was then glazed in a lead free, food safe celadon glaze. NOTE: If ordering an item that is out of stock please allow 3-6 weeks for the production time.
