Altair 8800 S/N 5400710K This Altair 8800b system is fully restored to museum quality condition.  The case is nearly perfect.  The front panel is as-new.  All lights are bright and all switches work.  This machine has been rigorously tested and is fully operational. It includes: * 8080 CPU Card with IRQ card* FDC+ All-in-One board (RAM, disk controller, I/O controller, PC-as-disk drive function) Other card configurations available on request ($150 credit for FDC+ board if you choose not to include it).  We have an extensive collection of S-100 RAM, PROM, I/O, Disk Controller, and Bytesaver boards -- please inquire. Condition This unit is in as-new condition and would be at home in any museum.  All switches and lights are fully functional.  The power supply small capacitors have been replaced and the power supply is outputting all voltages with very little "noise".  This system has been extensively tested.   NOTE: This item is available for local delivery in the Chicagoland area only (
