Kaypro Meanwell Power Supply Mount

Kaypro Meanwell Power Supply and/or Mount This is a 3D printed mount that adapts the stock power supply screw holes to a Meanwell RT-65B replacement power supply.  The Meanwell supply just snaps in without the need of screws, but a couple of screw holes are provided for the bottom holes in the Meanwell (type M3 6mm screws) if you want it to be extra secure.  The Kaypro power supplies are heavy in electrolytic and RIFA capacitors and is therefore very unreliable.  The Meanwell RT-65B is a direct replacement providing modern reliability.  It will also fix the screen contraction issue on disk access.  Rewiring the power lines is a relatively minor task (instructions included with this mount).  Tools required are wire cutters (scissors would due) and a screwdriver.   Optionally, you can order this with the Meanwell RT-65B supply included.  Or the Meanwell RT-65B is readily available on Amazon, Digikey, Mouser, etc.  We suggest you avoid cheap knock-offs found on eBay as their reliability i
