1949 Besson 408 (Alex 103 Copy)German Democratic Republic Double French Horn

Up For Your Consideration Is what is believed to be a Besson 408 (Alexander 103 Copy) Double French Horn. Before I say anymore, please note my disclaimer that I do not know anything for sure about this horn. I do have the serial number listed, which I believe to be 245802. The serial number is posted on the lead pipe with what I believe to read "German Democratic Republic". If I were to base the serial number based on London Serial numbers and information posted on Hornacopia, this horn was made some time between 1949 - 1950 in Germany. I have taken several pictures of the bell engraving in which I believe to be stamped Besson. I do appreciate any information anyone is willing to share in the comment section for this particular horn.  The horn is in very good cosmetic shape and is also unbelievable player.
