Only purchase this if you have pre-ordered. This is the final payment for an 1/8th Cow (50 lbs) that will complete your 1/8th cow order. You're welcome to pay this whenever is convenient as long as it is prior to delivery. The breakdown will be as follows: 50% Ground Beef 30% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Short Ribs, Round, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco) 20% Steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, Bone-In Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt, Bavette, Tri Tip) * Does not include any organs: heart, liver, kidney, etc. If you have any questions please email emily@bornraisedtx.com
