Cheese Cutter Hotelblock Base

The Cheese Cutter Hotelblock Base was specially designed to cut rectangular blocks of cheese without rinds such as Cheddar, Roquefort, and Blue Stilton. This item is just the base. The loose parts, such as the partitions, cutting wires, and frame, can all be ordered separately. This allows you to customize your Cheese Cutter Hotelblock and make it fit your specific needs!  Adjustable without fixed increments The distance between the cutting wires is easy to adjust. You can easily adjust the wires and set the cutting pattern with the corresponding screwdriver. We recommend not cutting more than 26 pieces at a time. The Cheese Cutter Hotelblock Base is multi-functional. Aside from cheese, you can also use it to cut other products, such as tofu or large blocks of butter.  Modular pieces The partitions are available in 8 mm (510002) and 12 mm (510005) thicknesses.
