HQL/CCW COMBINED COURSE ( HANDGUN QUALIFICATION LICENSE )(CONCEAL AND OPEN CARRY WEAPON)

This is a 16-hour course needed to apply for a CCW (conceal and open carry weapon) permit. With this CCW permit you are able to conceal and carry/open carry a handgun in Maryland.  Class Description The CCW Course is a course of instruction which includes classroom instruction on Maryland state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a component that requires the applicant demonstrate the ability to safely fire a handgun. Live Fire This class includes range time.     Eligible for CCW Permit Successful completion of this class will allow you to apply for a Concealed and Open Carry Permit (CCW).
