Take before bed to calm the mind making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. Take 1-3x a day for feelings of anxiousness, restlessness or racing thoughts. For frequent or severe symptoms, best when take morning, noon and night or every 4 hours. For mild symptoms take in the morning and before bed.   Herbs included... The herbs included are considered nervines. They helps strengthen and nourish the nervous system. The herbs selected for this blend are nervine relaxants.
