Liver Detox Tea
A blend of herbs meant to support the digestive, urinary and cardiovascular systems for a full body or GI system cleanse. When to Use... Long term- for cleaning the GI tract, regulating bowel movements, chronic bowel issues. Drink 1 cup (8oz), 1-3x a day. Continue 3-5 days a week, for 3-6 weeks. Chronic issues- after 6 weeks, stop for 1-2 weeks to let the bowel rest and reset. Then restart for 2-3 weeks if problems persist. Short term- GI discomfort like nausea, heart burn, diarrhea, constipation or belly ache. Take 1-2x a day for mild symptoms. For severe discomfort, take every 4-6 hours until symptoms subside.
