Hada Molecha

Origin:  Hada Molecha, Aricha Gedeo Process: Washed Variety: Heirloom Sourced by: Catalyst Trade When I’m buying coffees for Botz, I almost exclusively cup alone. Thankfully due to fortuitous circumstances and schedules, I was finally able to recruit my best friend, Botz super fan, and sister, Elena, to try some samples with me to see what Botz beans may be a good fit. Truth be told, my sister has been forced eternally to try many outstanding beans, so her taste buds are rather strong and focused on lovely coffees. Personally, I was quite interested to see how we would calibrate or not while cupping through a table of fifteen coffees. After silently sipping through samples and giggling about the sheer seriousness of cupping, we both came together to focus on what coffees made strong impressions.
