Senna Pods

Pack of Dried Senna Pods ~120 pcs. (10 grams) (Pod size ~ approx. 1"-2" ea.) Senna Pods release beneficial acids and tannins into aquarium water and can naturally tan the color of aquarium water.  These pods will develop a thin biofilm over time that invertebrates can feed on.  Recommendations:- Soak pods in water for 12-24 hours before adding to tank- Add a few pods at a time as the amount of tannins released may vary.  For a 2-gallon Betta fish tank, start by adding 5-10 leaves.  After 2-4 weeks more can be added on a regular basis.  Origin – USA Benefits: - Natural tannins and acids will soothe fish and livestock - Provides nutrition for invertebrates & other livestock
