Produced in Wisconsin, this shredded low moisture cheese is made from organic pasteurized milk. The flavor profile is excellent for pizza to sandwiches! Sold in 6 oz package. Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese (cultured pasteurized organic milk, organic skim milk, salt, enzymes), cellulose added to prevent caking. The cellulose is not bleached with chlorine.
