Guatemela - Finca La Esperanza

We are excited to have single farm Guatemalas again in the roastery. First of two, La Esperanza has maple syrup-like sweetness with gentle pear acidity lifting the cup, while blood-orange brightness and a soft pistachio finish emerge as the cup cools. A medium plus bodied coffee with medium acidity, medium-plus sweetness, and a satisfying mouthfeel, this is a complex cup of Huehuetenango region, an easy drinking coffee you can sip all day.
