The second number represents the Full Reading. For Example:  0-90 OHM would be a 0 OHM Empty - 90 OHM Full.  This is the way we reference all fuel level sensors but it is not how everyone references it. Please ensure that you have confirmed the proper ohm range you need before purchasing as we typically do not accept returns on electrical components
