Originally commissioned by the North Carolina Museum of Art to celebrate two time Academy Award-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter's exhibit with the same name, our AFROFUTURISM candle is a scent declaration of reimagined Black futures. Inspired by trees from West Africa, South and East Africa and the Caribbean, this scent design embodies our interconnectedness, nourishes the power of continued hopefulness and fortifies the notion that a dream is only utopian until you make it reality.
