10th Anniversary Blend - 12 oz.

Tasting notes: Dark chocolate-covered strawberries. Blend: 60% Mexico Chiapas (washed) + 40% Ethiopia Ardi (natural)   We're 10 Years Old (Young:)! This blend is a love letter to all of you, for your warmth, openness & support over the years. And for taking a ride with us on this incredible coffee journey. We selected two coffees that have a lot of meaning to us and that together encapsulate and celebrate the last 10 years of roasting coffee for all of you. First, the Ethiopia Ardi. This coffee was the first fruity, natural processed coffee we rever roasted, just about 10 years ago. Back in those days, we were the first roaster in Vermont to introduce customers to a different (lighter) roast level and to a coffee with the fruit notes and complex acidity of a natural process Ethiopian coffee.
