Agrimony Flower Essence

Agrimony flower essence is useful for people who tend to mask their symptoms of pain, anxiety, and/or stress behind a cheerful mask. Substance use may be a strategy for keeping that mask on. There is often a tendency to hold the breath during pain or stress. Few people may know your suffering. It's okay not to be cheery. It's helpful to share what you are going through. There is a certain kind of tension that agrimony can help release, this can make dealing with the actual pain, stress, or anxiety easier.
