Home cured, slow smoked pork belly then sliced, soaked in a brown sugar/cayenne marinade and gets a second round on the smoker for mouthwatering bacon jerky with a kick. Bacon jerky will not be consistently in stock, as it is a long and very involved process. A $0.50 processing fee has been added to the price per bag for online card purchases.
