Unscrew the inner hex nut of the upper blade holder by TURN CLOCKWISE. Open the side cover plate. Unscrew the inner hex nut of the lower blade holder by TURN CLOCKWISE. Install the blade in the lower blade holder and fasten the nut with a wrench in ANTI CLOCKWISE. Install the upper side of the blade to the blade holder, fasten the nut with a wrench in ANTI CLOCKWISE. Gently push down the blade tension handle and try the tension of the blade. Adjust the INSTALLATION OF PIN BLADE Release the blade tension by lift up the blade tension handle. Hang the blade on the lower blade holder. Hang the blade on the upper blade holder. Tighten the blade tension handle and try the tension of the blade. Adjust the tension by turn the handle. Tighten clockwise and loosen anti-clockwise.
