Purchasing your in-home service contract will cover the labor costs to repair yourequipment with the parts that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.As soon as you experience an issue, we recommend calling us so we can make anattempt to rectify the issue by offering a few trouble-shooting steps. If we conclude thatwe are unable to get the unit running over the phone, we will process an order for thewarranty parts. Once parts are delivered, we will have a technician come to your home(if needed) to repair the equipment.  Please review the warranty information, specific to your model.In-Home Service CallsIf you have not purchased the service contract, or your contract has expired, we can still send someone to your house for a service visit – We also have a FULL LINE of parts available for your purchase & repair. The cost per visit for required labor is $295.00Service contracts are NOT an extension of your warranty that cover cost of replacement parts.
