Description These delicious, crunchy almonds are raw. They have not been treated with PPO gas or steam. They are natural, hulled almonds coming to us directly from the farm.  New Harvest  Almonds are harvested in fall, so sometime between mid-October and mid-November, we usually start selling the new year's crop. Storage Because almonds are not oily nuts, they can be stored at room temperature longer than most other nuts. Keep them in an airtight container in your pantry for up to 3 months, possibly even longer.
