Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Barrica is a brut nature cava produced by the winery Agustí Torelló Mata in D.O. Cava.It is a family-run winery located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona), a village where we can find the best cava wineries in Spain.Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Barrica is made 100% with the variety Maccabeu.For its production, the Maccabeu grapes are divided into three. The first portion (40%) is vinified in French oak barrels, where it will also age for 8 months. Another important part of the Maccabeu grapes will ferment in stainless steel deposits for 31 days at 16ºC.
