Developed in collaboration with Chef Marc Murphy, Surf ’n’ Turf is built around one of his favorite pantry secrets: black lime. Intensely citrusy and deeply savory, it delivers the kind of brightness you’d get from squeezing a lemon over a dish, but with more depth and complexity. Black lime leads with bold acidity, supported by garlic and black pepper for warmth and backbone. Wild Icelandic kelp adds a subtle hit of umami, while oregano and fermented white pepper round everything out with savory balance. A touch of salt ties the blend together, making it especially easy to use straight from the jar. Use Surf ’n’ Turf anywhere you want lift and contrast. It shines on fish, shellfish and roasted vegetables, and it’s especially good paired with a generous pour of good olive oil.
