The shorts are constructed with an asymmetric rise which appears to be mostly an aesthetic choice. The waistband is highly adjustable, with the drawstring placed off center. The leg opening is adjustable and side seam and back welt pockets provide ample storage. My favorite part is the fabric, a heavy ribbed cotton that is unevenly knit. The texture reminds me of seer sucker, but much thicker. The shorts are garment dyed and exhibit inconsistencies in color throughout. Recommended for waist sizes up to 34".
