Like a small clip-point butcher's knife with a full flat grind, the Old Hickory hop knife would be an excellent candidate for general farm and garden utility or for use as an inexpensive belt knife. A lot of knife for the price! The only thing wrong with this example is a knot in the wood of the handle.If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
