  An organic coffee aged from single origin Guatemala Antigua and Huehuetenango. Roast: Medium Single origin Guatemala aged 30 days in a Bourbon barrel and then roasted to order. Rich, full-body, vanilla, chocolate, caramel flavor, berry aroma and a little tea-like aftertaste. You will also impressed by its well balanced fruity acidity and sweetness. The moment when opening the bag, there is a strong "dried cranberries" aroma, very charming. Brew using your preferred method. We love using a ceramic French Press brewing for 4 minutes.
