2020 TCAA Califorina Spurs  Traditional Cowboys Art Association California Spurs- Every now and then a guy just has to do something a little different that challenges them. California style spurs are certainly that for me. The style offers many opportunities for fabrication and embellishment that I really do love. The architecture is always elegant with many curves and facets. These canvases give me areas for inlays and engravings that are great, but they all have to be tied together. Everything has to be for one purpose and one statement. A combination of fine silver inlays, sculpted 24k gold overlays, and engraving in the steel fulfilled my need for a challenge.
