Honduras La Navi (Medium) - AHG

**MEDIUM ROAST: Balanced & Crushable** Honduran coffee is some of the most enjoyable coffee to drink on the planet.  We found La Navi delivers a balanced and easy drinking coffee and that pairs perfectly with cream or sugar.  We found it a few years ago through one of our importing channels and have since developed a beautiful friendship with the man responsible for bringing this coffee into the USA - Christian LeSage of Bon Cafe.   Since then we have been visiting Christian annually in Honduras.  La Navi comes to us from a small group of farmers in Lempira, Honduras.  Farmers contribute 100% of their annual crop to the mill, and then Christian sorts it for quality and builds exportable lots based on distinct quality levels.  Each quality level has a specific price that goes back to the producer, and farmers are paid according to the percentage breakdown of the lots they deliver to the mill.  It is a very equitable and sustainable approach because the producers get paid for 100% of
