Spring Fling Seasonal Blend
The return of spring makes us want to shake off the winter blues and skip through a field of flowers! (Once they bloom, of course). This blend celebrates the scents and flavors of the season: it's a little bit fruity, a little bit floral, with a balanced, medium body. This year's blend is made of three components: 50% Honduras Gabriel Leiva (Washed) 30% Honduras Red Fruits (Washed) 20% Ethiopia Abana Estate (Washed) Honduras Gabriel Leiva comes from one of our Direct Relationship producers! Gabriel is a very simple coffee farmer in that his goal each year is to produce a classic pacas washed coffee that is solid and repeatable. No fancy processing, nothing experimental, just a dependable and tasty coffee—and Gabriel has delivered! Honduras Red Fruits comes from our friends at Bon Cafe in Honduras.
