Use anywhere you use dashi such as Tonjiru, Chilled Somen with Dashi, and more.  Instructions For Use: Fill a medium pot with 400 - 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water and place on the stove over high heat. When the water boils, add one dashi pack and turn down the heat to medium. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove dashi pack before using dashi. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
