This native Japanese herb is called Japanese hornwort or Japanese wild parsley. It is a popular traditional vegetable of Japan. Long, attractive stalks have trefoil leaves that are aromatic. Mitsuba is also known as Japanese parsley, Japanese Chervil, Japanese wild parsley or honeywort.
