Seasoned and cured with a special blend maple syrup and sea salt, our thick-sliced bacon comes frozen, in five 1-pound vacuum-sealed packages. Ingredients: Carman Ranch pork, water, sugar, salt, maple syrup, sodium nitrite, less than 1% glycerine (to prevent caking) buffered with .5% sodium carbonate
