Made from the pork sirloin tip, these little hams are brined in brown sugar and salt for 7 days, hung for another 7 days and then smoked over applewood for between 6 and 8 hours. These perfectly seasoned, juicy hams make exceptionally delicious sliders! Each ham is netted and weighs approximately 2 pounds.
