It is winter hardy, and is a prolific grower, tolerating a wide range of wet growing conditions. It is an excellent companion for carnivorous plants, providing nice dappled lighting. For Golden Crest, each portion is a small, rooted, growing plant. Plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss. In it's dormant season, it will be shipped as a dormant root/rhizome.
