Ghosts - photogravure print - Private release edition

When I was in college studying photography my heroes were commercial photographers. Avedon, Penn, and Helmet Newton to name the top 3. Later I learned more about the art photographers of the past and came to identify with them and the work they made more fully. This day I was probably thinking a bit about Mr. Newton... This hand-pulled photogravure print is made with Charbonnel noir 55981 and warm sepia ink, with a dash of Charbonnel sanguine ink on Hahnemühle copperplate paper. I printed an edition of 8 numbered prints and 2 A/P prints.  Hand-pulled print by Ray Bidegain Limited edition of 8 6.5 x 8.0 on an 11x15 sheet. Signed numbered and dated by the artist on the lower front.
