1/8 Beef Box

Our 1/8 beef box offers a variety of our favorite cuts at a significant savings. Our beef is pasture raised and grain finished. Vacuum sealed packages. About 2 cubic feet of freezer space will be required.  In the box you will find: 2  Filet Mignon Steaks (8oz.ea.) 2  New York Strip Steaks (15-17oz ea.) 2  Ribeye Steaks (24-26oz.ea.) 2  Sirloin Steaks (23-25 oz ea.) 1  Chuck Roast (3.0 -3.5 lb) 1 Sirloin Tip Roast (3.5 - 4.0 lb) 2  Stew Meat (1 lb pkgs.) 8  6oz. Pre-made Burger Patties 10 Ground Beef 80/20 (1 lb pkgs.)
