The Flat Iron has a rich, beefy flavor that is similar to a Ribeye or a Strip steak. This lean but juicy cut of beef is perfect for grilling or pan-searing.  We highly recommend giving this one a try!    USDA inspected. Frozen and vacuum sealed.
