Normally Chajin doesn't buy any second harvest teas from our producers but after more tastings and thought we were very impressed. We are excited to share this Matcha with the world and to show that some summer harvest teas might need a second consideration. Although it can be drank alone, this latte grade Matcha blends incredibly with milk as it has enough body to stay present in the flavor and enough softness to round out the finish. Expect a really bright yet well rounded profile.
