From: Vinho Verde DOC, Portugal Blend: 40% Arinto 30% Loureiro 30% Trajadura Taste: Vibrant, refreshing, and zesty, it’s a Vinho Verde that also finishes bone dry & lifted. Lightly effervescent on the palate, with aromas and flavors of winter melon, cut apples, and lemon zest.  Pairing: An afternoon in the garden or near water. Fresh salads, seafood, tinned fish, and just about any appetizer. Lean into citrus, green or garlicky flavors but veer away from tomato-based dishes.    About. Vidigal is a medium-sized winery based in Leiria focused on interesting, flavorful wines from the regions of Dão, Lisboa, and Vinho Verde. Owner António Lopes is as hands-on as they come, and spends most of his time side by side in the cellar with his two winemakers Antonio Ventura and Rafael Neuparth.
