SOLD OUT FOR 2024! 景玉, Jing Yu, Luster of Jade; '景玉', 'Jing Yu', also known as 'Luster of Jade', has a 6-inch to 7-inch blossom that begins a pinkish-white and mature to white. This tree peony grows to 6-feet tall and 5-feet wide at maturity (20 years). In the city of Heze, (formerly named Caozhou), Shandong Provence, People's Republic of China this cultivar blossoms mid-spring. 'Jing Yu' is an upright, bushy, deciduous shrub with deeply-lobed, dark-green leaves divided into elliptic or ovate leaflets and large, sweetly-fragrant, fully-double, pink-flushed white flowers with raspberry striping. Synonymous with 'Xue Ta' and 'Sai Xue Ta'. The Shandong region of China has been cultivating 'Mudan' (peonies) for over three thousand years!
