Pattern knife - Amara with liner

  Artisans around the world have called this knife their "go to leather work knife". Description:   This handle is crafted from the stunning Ebony Amara wood.  This dense wood displays colours ranging from rich chocolate browns to reddish striping.  Each piece of has a unique grain and colour gradient.  Since wood is a natural material it is sensitive to climate changes and moisture content in the air.  Wood naturally expands and contracts according the climate it is in.  In the center of the handle, in between 2 brass pins, is an intricate detailed mosaic pin.  The blade is made from Böhler-Uddeholm N690 steel and has a polished finish.  The handle has been finished with a fine yellow and black liner.  In the close up picture you can see that there is a slight crack in the liner.  This will not interfere with the function and feel of the knife however it is a visual blemish and we are therefore discounting this pattern knife.
