The NEW ChatterVox Adjustable Headset Microphone can be perfectly adjusted for people with any head size.  The size of the headset is adjustable from children sized heads to large adult.  You can also adjust the boom length from very short to much longer to position the microphone capsule precisely where you want it.  You can also move the boom to either the left or right side of the headset.   The microphone is worn behind the head and over both ears.
