CPE 911/964/993 -> LSx Powertrain Mounting Package

Mounting The ‘CPE 911/964/993 Powertrain Mounting Package’ allows you to install ANY Chevrolet LSx based engine into a Porsche 911/964/993 (‘65-‘98) chassis.  Our adapter plate will marry a Porsche 996/997 G96/7.01 manual transaxle to the Chevrolet LSx engine/accept an OEM GM starter, while our motor plates bolt onto inverted factory Porsche engine mounts, suspend the engine from the cylinder heads, and work for RWD or AWD variants.   Flywheel This custom flywheel designed by and proprietary to CPE, brought to you by SPEC Clutch will allow for the successful torque delivery of ANY Chevrolet LSx based engine through a Porsche 996/997 G96/7.01 manual transaxle.
