2017 Charlot-Tanneaux 1er Cru Extra Brut

From a very small producer in Coteaux d’Epernay, Vincent Charlot is known as a master of organic & biodynamic viticulture. We knew immediately when we tasted this particular Vintage - the Cuvée Nicolas - that this delicious Blanc de Noir would be the perfect Champagne for the holidays! It delights the senses with intense aromas of red fruits & a hint of brioche. On the palate it is an orchestra of flavors with notes of red berries, crisp apples and subtle minerality, all balanced by a backbone of vibrant acidity.
