Black Cherry Bourbon Cake

Black Cherry Bourbon Cake a golden cake infused with a soak made with Jim Beam's Red Stag and bottom coated with brown sugar.  All of the flavor comes from the bourbon. No extract is used. Optional: finely diced walnuts. Gift wrap is green tissue paper.  A large cake (60 oz.) is a standard bundt which serves approximately 12-16 people according to industry standards and a small (30 oz.) is approx. 1/2 (whole/round).
