To submit a warranty claim, contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase within one year of the initial purchase date. All parts and products must be returned with a Return Authorization Number from Whynter. If deemed defective, Whynter will repair or replace the product with new or re-manufactured parts or a refurbished product at their discretion. The warranty is only valid for the original owner, and any costs incurred outside of the warranty period are the responsibility of the owner. The customer must cover prepaid return freight costs within two months of the purchase from Whynter. After one year, the customer must cover the return freight costs to Whynter's Service Center.
